Kinura, a creative web video agency that specialises in live webcasting is looking for a client account manager and marketing assistant. The role will develop your skills around managing projects that encompass all aspects of video content production and delivery (filming, editing, live webcasting, video hosting, web development and online events). You will also be able to get hands on with planning and implementing marketing initiatives.

The company is open to flexible working. We have office space in Colchester and many of our team work independently from London, Brighton and Sweden. Therefore the role could be fulfilled remotely, with proximity to South East England being necessary for training, regular meetings and clients’ events.

You’ll work closely with the directors so the role offers a great opportunity to learn the ropes of running a creative business in a fast-moving sector. We want you to help us take the business forward, and in return for commitment and energy we’ll make sure you acquire entrepreneurial skills and make excellent connections.

The Role

Essential

• Educated to degree level
• Experience as a sales person, Account Manager or equivalent
• Knowledge of the film / video production process
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organised
• Ability to manage multiple projects with constant attention to detail.
• Able to input to strategic marketing direction and enjoy developing creative solutions.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Knowledge of video streaming / web video platforms
• Experience of working with high profile clients
• Planning and managing budgets
• A working knowledge of Adobe design software such as Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Web 2.0, blogging, microblogging, webTV channels, etc.

Salary

16-20k depending on experience.
