Wow it’s 2011 and Kinura is nearly 4 years old. We thought you might be interested to see some of the latest projects we’re involved in. Have a look at these for some new year inspiration or just because you want to see what we’re up to:
Interactive design agency Bounce Digital have used Kinura’s video hosting for major brand websites since 2007. One of their latest (and coolest) projects is Topman CTRL, an inspirational site where the world’s most exciting bands ‘take control’ for a month and “showcase all the music, places and other diverse things that inspire them.”
The site uses YouTube clips alongside video hosted by Kinura. YouTube still has restrictions on length and size of video, so our service provides greater flexibility and scope for creating high res’ full-screen viewing experiences. Potential rights issues with music or TV content can also be managed better using our bespoke service.
The Future Agenda programme, sponsored by Vodafone Group, is a project that looks at the big issues for the next decade, i.e. “more people and constrained resources but better connectivity and a shift in economic power to Asia.” The project brought together informed people from around the world (fifty workshops in twenty-five locations) to analyse the crucial themes of the next ten years. The website gives an insight into the output from these discussions and features video clips alongside lots of other useful resources.
We’re building a series of on-demand webinars for ClickSoftware’s Knowledge Center. A local video crew recorded client presentations that give an overview of how global companies have integrated ClickSoftware products into their workflow to gain business benefits. Kinura have turned bog-standard video presentations into interactive video and slide shows. We’re also creating a few YouTube promos to drive traffic to the main site.
