We provide a ‘complete’ service – not a platform. By this we mean that you don’t need to find any resources to plan & deliver your webcast – we do everything for a set fee. No extra bandwidth costs, no hidden charges and 100% reliability.
Ok, what does ‘complete’ mean?
We do everything.
- First, we chat about what you want the webcast to achieve. Is it information sharing (e.g. Staff training or AGM)? Brand awareness/marketing? Or extending the reach of a live event?
- Step 2. We agree what you need from us. A full production including film crew? Or just encoding & broadcasting? It’s entirely up to you.
- Step 3. We send an engineer to test the connection at your chosen venue. If there’s any issues here we resolve them with the on-site staff or provide you with an alternative.
- Step 4. We build a test player to your specification that you can host on your website or we can host for you. If you want to embed it in a page on your existing website our web team will talk you through the process and test the pages.
- Step 5. We push a live stream into the player to test.
Once the test is complete you’re ready to go.

- Three month free on demand hosting or the live event. We can edit it for you for an extra charge.
- User reports based on your requirement.
